Condolence: Pastor Hammond was a great man of God who prayed me through to the Holy Ghost and baptized me in the name of Jesus Christ! He and His wife and children left such an wonderful, holy spirit filled impact on my life! I'll never for get when His wife would play the organ and sing in such an anointed, blessed way! And likewise the ministry of the spirit which spoke through Pastor Hammond! He was a man of His word and walked in the footprints of Christ as well as Sister Hammond! He was like a father too me and a wonderful workman of God, I LOVE you Pastor and sister Hammond, and it's my hope to see you again in heaven! God Bless You!!!!

Condolence: I was so saddened by just finding out about the passing of Reverend Hammond. We were going to get your address to send some of my wife's rolls this year. We are going to miss coming up and visiting the church in Clifton Forge. Again, we are just very saddened by this shocking news. You are going to be surely missed Pastor Gordon. Condolence: Knowing that Gordon and Charlene were our neighbors was a blessing in itself. Whenever we had contact with Gordon our hearts were made happier because of his sweet and kind demeanor. Some wonderful conversations about the Lord brought real joy. The last time Sam saw him was when Sam found himself stuck in the snow. Gordon noticed Sam's dilemma and stopped to assist. THAT was Gordon! He will be greatly missed.
