I am so sorry to hear on the passing of Walter. I want you to know Walter always held a special place with me. Walter was always the one that many of us always looked up to. I know I'm not only speaking for me, but many of us young officers he molded to always make the right decisions. That's not only about work, but that was about life too.

I do know the one thing I have and will never forget is all the memories we had at work together.
