Condolence: Sending prayers of comfort for Sherry's family. I have been gone from home almost 30 years, but have so many fond memories of good times spent with Sherry and Shane. She was at Alleghany Regional Hospital when both of my boys were born, making sure all was going well. She was a wonderful daughter, devoted mother and caring friend. Condolence: When I was growing up, the Simpsons were our neighbors. Back then we did't have as many technology type distractions as today, so all of us upper Roxbury, at the time Ann Street, families saw a whole lot of each other and participated in a lot of activities together. I remember days of Sherry when she was working in the admissions for the emergency room at Alleghany Regional Hospital, and later she would become a very active member of the Rescue Squad for Clifton Forge, each time i would see Sherry, she would always stop and talk about the good ole days hanging out at the first-aid building and just having a general down to earth conversation.
Sherry loved her son and i will definitely keep Shane in my prayers as well as the rest of you, Sherry spent her whole life helping others, and God will work in Sherry's favor to determine her steps.
