Condolences

Condolence From: Samantha Sheppard
Condolence: Your memory will live with me forever, knowing you was a blessing in my life. I will never forget the talks we had talks we had, history you told me about, your accomplishments, all your travels, and mostly talking in front of the kitchen window while looking at a breath taking view. You were like no one I’ve ever known, and I lived every second spent with you. It makes my heart happy to know that I was able to care for you I’m a way you were proud to talk about, and bring back memories for you by doing something as simple as cooking a meal, or going through a drive thru on the way. You’ll live in for generations in your community, and within my family. We never got the chance to have that fish dinner you wanted with my family..I’ll forever miss you Joe..my friend, my buddy. I know you’re smiling down from paradise

Condolence: Extending my deepest sympathy to Joe's 2 nieces and great-nephews in your loss. Joe was a very caring person and interesting person to talk to! I know he loved our town of Eagle Rock as I do and I will always remember the many years he would make a donation to Eagle Rock Improvement Association to help us in our yearly planting of flowers, mulching cost, maintaining the flowers and fall cleanup efforts to help beautify our town. He was very interested in preserving the history of the 3 old lime kilns we still have in Eagle Rock. He and I would talk often by phone when he was still living in his home. I surely will miss Joe and what he meant to our town of Eagle Rock. May you rest in peace now in your heavenly home.
