Keith Hileman Simmons, Jr., age 61, of 1401 Linden Ave, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Thursday, October 31, 2019 at his residence.
He was born May 17, 1958 in Clifton Forge, Virginia to Rachel Ann Simmons and the late Keith Hileman Simmons, Sr. He worked at United Parcel Services for over ten years. Keith was a 1976 Clifton Forge High School Graduate and attended Dabney S. Lancaster Community College. He was a former member of the Cliftondale County Club, an avid hunter, fisher, bowler, golfer, and enjoyed walking, and biking through the community. He was a loving and devoted son to his mother and father.
He is survived by his loving mother, Rachel Ann Simmons of Clifton Forge; four aunts, Louise Fultz of Bacova, Virginia, Faye Simmons of Atlanta, Georgia, Virginia Simmons of Arlington, Virginia, and Velma Sturgill and husband George of Aldie, Virginia; two uncles, George Simmons and wife Sue of Stephen City, Virginia, and Dwight Simmons and wife Carol of Kirkland, Washington; as well as a number of cousins, including specials cousins, Susan Goings and Cristy Bounds.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday afternoon, November 3, 2019 at 1:00 PM in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Covington with Mr. Chris Fisher officiating. Interment will immediately follow.
