Obituary for Joel Neal Jr.
Joel Lee Neal, Jr., age 47, of 4612 Bonsack Road, Roanoke, Virginia died Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at his residence.
He was born January 31, 1973 in Clifton Forge, Virginia, a son of Joel and Beulah Patterson Neal. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, and NASCAR and particularly liked driver Kyle Bush. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joel Lee Neal, Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Beulah Loving of Burnsville; a daughter, Kayle Kelly of Roanoke; two sons, Bryar King of Botetourt County and Elijah Neal of Eagle Rock; eight sisters, Krista Neal of Botetourt County, Stephanie Neal of Fluvanna County, and Reba Neal, Crystal Neal, April Neal, Amy Feather, Tammy Ransome, and Theresa Jackson all of Roanoke; a brother, Travis Patterson of Roanoke; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his family’s wishes, his body has been cremated. There will be no services held at this time.
