Steve, Karen, & family: So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. As Chip noted the Carter house was very much a hangout for so many during high school and for some time after. Your mom was patient with us tromping through her home and always seemed to take a genuine interest in what was going on in our lives, even if she only saw us once every few years. She touched a lot of lives. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Steve.....I remember the many times I spent at your house on Jefferson Street. Your Mom was always there to make us something to eat after we had been at the park playing some type of ball. She was a wonderful Lady and I know she will be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family during this time.
Chip Woodyard.
