My sincere condolences to all the family. I graduated from ACHS in 72 and Charlie was always one of the best liked and most respected administrators at the school. Charlie had that unique, dry sense of humor and I can still hear his laugh. If you behaved yourself and acted like a gentleman or lady, Charlie was a friend and a source of encouragement. If you misbehaved, he would let you know in no uncertain terms what was expected of you. After graduation, it was always an enjoyable experience to run into Charlie and talk about what had transpired in our lives since our high school days. May God cover you with his grace and give you peace during your time of sorrow, knowing that Charlie is with his Lord and Savior.

I fondly remember Mr Walker as a truly good guy. He was fair to all the students at Alleghany but did not take any disrespect. I always counted him as someone to look up to and could always go to for help with any problem. He will be truly missed. So very sorry for the family's loss.
