Obituary for Camille Baudot Wheeler

Ms. Camille Baudot Wheeler, age 80, of Towson, Maryland, died Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at her residence.
She was born March 9, 1941 in Richmond, Virginia to the late Frank W. and Camille Baudot Wheeler, and was a granddaughter of Frank Hereford Wheeler, who was a former Mayor of the city of Clifton Forge as well as Fire Chief and renowned amongst the historians of Clifton Forge. Camille was a graduate of the University of Maryland and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work. She began her career as a social worker for the child welfare program in Richmond, and retired as Director of the Department of Social Services in Baltimore County, MD. She was the beloved wife of William H. Marshall and devoted mother to her honorary daughter, Carol Velandia, both of Towson, MD.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM in Crown Hill Cemetery, Clifton Forge. Interment will immediately follow.
