Obituary for Heather Nicole White
Heather Nicole White, age 45, formerly of Glen Wilton, Virginia, passed away suddenly on March 29, 2021 in Salem, Virginia.
Heather was born January 23, 1976 in Clifton Forge, Virginia, to Phillip A. and Shirley Patterson White.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Patterson Ketron; both sets of grandparents; two aunts; and one uncle.
She is survived by her daughter, Katie Gussler; her son, Dustin Gussler; two step-sons, Tyler Richardson and Hunter Richardson; her father, Phillip White and stepmother, Judy of Covington; her step father, Don Ketron of South Carolina; a brother, Phillip A. “Pies” White II and wife Kelly of Selma; two sisters, Kimberley White DePriest of Fincastle, and Amanda “Mandy” Woodward and husband Larry of Clifton Forge; two step sisters, Stephanie Provost and Michelle Provost; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; two special friends, Pat and Rita McGarth of Gala; and two lifelong friends, Angela Fleener and Kimberly Smallwood.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 6:00 PM in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Mr. Chris Fisher officiating. All COVID 19 protocols are in effect.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to any drug abuse prevention organization of your choice in Heather’s name.
