Obituary for Jewel Angle
Jessie Jewel Callaghan Angle, age 79, of 214 Crossing Lane, Low Moor, Virginia died Thursday, April 15, 2021 at her residence.
She was born July 11, 1941 in Bath County, Virginia to the late Jessie Norval Callaghan and Minnie Lana Gillispie. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for Alleghany Regional Hospital as well as a lifelong caregiver to others. She enjoyed church and was a member of the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church of Clifton Forge. She loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos O’Dell Angle, Jr. and a daughter, Karen Webb.
She is survived by a son, Jonathan Angle of Iron Gate; five daughters, Susan Saville of Covington, Sharon Wright of Low Moor, Elizabeth Angle of Covington, Letha Goode of Low Moor, and Monica Angle Black of Clifton Forge; a step daughter, Cathy Hostetter of Maryland; and a sister, Brenda Milton of Altavista.
In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. There will be no services held at this time.
