Obituary for Robert Elwood Morgan

Robert Elwood Morgan, age 70, of 322 Triangle Way, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at his residence.
He was born October 28, 1951 in Clifton Forge to the late George Lewis Morgan, Sr. and Dorothy Nicely Morgan. He was a truck driver for North American Van lines. He enjoyed riding horses, loved hunting and being a Paw Paw, and seemed to know just about everybody.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Patsy Smith and Linda Reynolds, and two brothers, George L. Morgan, Jr. and Ricky Dale Morgan.
He is survived by his wife, Vicky Lynn Stover Morgan; three daughters, Melissa M. Christian, Shannon D. Trimble and husband Alan, and Kristie DePriest and husband Joshua; two sons, Robert E. Morgan II and wife Danielle; and Joseph A. Stanley and wife Whitney; a sister, Dorothy M. “Dottie” Nicely and husband Theodore; a brother, Steve Morgan; sixteen grandchildren, Jenna Smith, Eric Kincaid, Erica Kincaid and husband Michael, Justice Smith, Nautika Jack, David Osborne, Dylan Osborne, James Osborne, Jr., Layla DePriest, Kayla DePriest, Kaylee Joe, Miles Christian II, Jude Joseph, Lauren Gailmard, Rachel Morgan and Rebekah Morgan; a special friend, Donita Franklin; a number of nieces and nephews and three dogs, Bella, Luna, and Dixie.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. There are no services planned at this time.
