Charles Douglas “Doug” Bullock, 58, of 95 Scott’s Hollow Road, Eagle Rock, Virginia died Friday, July 1, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Richmond, Virginia on April 19, 1964 a son of the late Charles Elbert Bullock and Louisa Dosseray Bullock. He was Owner/Operator of CEB Electrical, and a partner in Tech Electric Company. He had been a Master Electrician since 1995. Doug was a member of IBEW Local # 26 for over 20 years, he loved gardening, hunting and being outdoors. He served in the United States Army and joined the Army Reserves in 1986.
He is survived by his life partner, Andrea Bigham of Eagle Rock; a daughter Desiree Bullock of White Sulphur Springs, WV; 3 sons, Charles Ethan Bullock and wife Kyrie of Simpsonville, SC, Dylan Bullock and wife Amber and Kent Bullock, all of Covington; 2 sisters, Shirley Vazquez of Fort Myers, FL and Kristina Overbeck of Richmond; 4 grandchildren, Falyn Long, Arrow Bullock, Jacob Bullock, and Liam Bullock; and 12 nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be conducted at 12 Noon on Friday, July 8, 2022 at the Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newby’s Ridge in Chesterfield, Virginia. Military rites will be provided. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends attending the service. The family will receive friends on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Nicely Funeral Home in Clifton Forge, Virginia.
