Obituary for Ruth Johnson Kurnath
Ruth Johnson Kurnath, age 83, of 533 Blue Grass Hollow Road in Millboro, Virginia, and formerly of New Jersey, died Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia.
Ruth was born June 10, 1940 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Victor and Betty Johnson. She was a homemaker throughout her life and attended the Shrine of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hot Springs. She love reading and bird watching.
She is survived by her husband, Dean Kurnath of Millboro, and a son and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Kim Kurnath of Millboro Springs, Virginia.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Maguire-Scala Funeral Home in Hackettstown, New Jersey.
