Obituary for Robert Paul Wykle
Robert Paul Wykle, age 60, of Blacksburg, Virginia and formerly of Selma, Virginia died Saturday, September 3, 2022.
He was born October 2, 1961 in Lewisburg, West Virginia to the late Kenneth Allen Wykle and Lula Belle Massie “Poochie” Wykle. He was an operation manager for Food Lion in Blacksburg. Rob was an avid Virginia Tech fan.
He is survived by Larry Hawkins; three brothers, Kenneth Wykle of Selma; Mike Wykle and wife Rasha of Selma, and Charles Withrow of Lewisburg; four nephews, Justin Byrd and Noelle Davis, K.C Wykle, Hunter Wykle, and Dustin Withrow and wife Katie; three nieces, Tabitha Hinkle and husband, Travis, Megan Shurtleff and husband, Ruben, and Peyton Wykle; and a number of great nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
