Obituary for Roddie Kevin Black
Roddie Kevin Black, age 62, of 224 Higgins Hollow Road, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at his residence.
Roddie was born September 27, 1959 in Clifton Forge, Virginia to Barbara Carroll Black and the late James Alexander “Jim” Black. He was an operator of equipment and a member of Horeb Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going four wheeling.
In addition to his mother, Barbara Black, he is survived by a son, Chris Black, a sister, Tonja Black Tucker and husband Danny, and a brother, Rick Black and wife Lisa, all of Clifton Forge, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. There are no services planned at this time.
