Stella Mae Meade Knotts, age 77, of 800 W. Ridgeway Street, Scott Hill Apartments # 612, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at her residence.
Stella was born November 27, 1944 in Winchester, Virginia to the late Willard Wiley and Ruby Skeen Meade. She worked in the packaging department of BACOVA, Inc. and enjoyed dining at buffets. She also liked watching shows on Netflix and her favorite bird was the Cardinal.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kristi Knotts Humphreys, and a great granddaughter, Kristi Burns.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Knotts of Cedar Forest; a son, David Knotts, and wife Rebecca, of Callaghan Circle, Covington; a sister, Mildred Jenkins, and husband Bill; 4 grandchildren, Amy, and husband Dwayne, Heather, Candice, and Jessica; 11 great grandchildren, Jonkel, Shaheem, Remington, Laney, Christopher, Emma, Corbin, Damien, Chanelle, Ariyah, and Brielle.
In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. There are no services planned at this time.
