Rebecca Thompson (Mullins)
Rebecca "Becky" Mullins Thompson, age 79, of 501 Commercial Avenue, Clifton Forge, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. She was born June 4, 1935 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to the late Lewis B. and Dessie Elnora Morgan. She was a homemaker throughout her life and a member of the Clifton Forge Baptist Church. She was a life member of the Clifton Forge Rescue Squad Ladies Auxiliary, a former member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, and enjoyed helping with the Blood Mobile and delivering Meals on Wheels. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Glen Ray Thompson in 1964. She is survived by her husband, Ed Preston Thompson of Clifton Forge; a son, Robert Preston Thompson of Clifton Forge; a daughter, Crystal T. Randozzo and husband Frank of Millboro; a sister, Lucille Huntington and husband Ernest of Clifton Forge; two grandchildren, Thomas Wayne Randozzo and wife Autumn, and Morgan Lynn Randozzo; three great grandchildren, Gavin Randozzo, Harper Randozzo, and Clayton Randozzo; and a niece, Debby Wasky and a nephew, Greg Huntington. A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor with Reverend Nathan Smith officiating. Interment will follow. There is no family visitation scheduled. However, friends may visit Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge at anytime during regular business hours.
