The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions in Gayla's name to Kathie Clark, 713 Chestnut Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia 24422 for the purpose of construction of dog houses for dogs without shelter, or to Pam Mullins Tackett, P.O. Box 65, Selma, Virginia 24474 for the purpose of spaying and neutering feral cats at St. Francis of Assisi in Roanoke.
