I would see Benny from time to time in NorthWest Hdw, Krogers. Always enjoyed talking to him. I remember saying Hi to Tony and Benny fishing at Douthat. Always friendly and fun to talk with. I will miss Benny! My thoughts and prayers are with you all!

May God bless you and your family at this troublesome time in your lives. The world has lost a great man. Benny was a great husband, father and friend. He will be sorely missed by all. He had a big heart and brought joy and happiness whenever and wherever he showed up. I'm truly going to miss having conversations with him as I would visit with him during my return visits back home to Clifton Forge. Wishing the entire Van Ness family well and many blessings as you make the difficult transition in your daily lives without your loved one. May peace and serenity be with all of you for all eternity! To the entire VanNess family. Benny was a friend, and a classmate at Clifton Forge High School. We shared many good times "back then" and we always laughed and joked when we met in our older days. I remember him fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.
